Our Hirscht-Defilippo tennis academy will take place at Sterling Farms this summer.  We will be a running a small personal training program that will offer players an opportunity to make great strides in their development.

       The program will have three training groups and will include a full warm up and stretching program as well as a dynamic fitness program led by Gustavo Ramirez, Fitness Director at Solaris Racquet Club.

The day will be broken into 3 main components: technical/movement, fitness and point structure.  Our goal is for each player to experience life with a full time training schedule. We would also like to speak with the parents of each player prior to the beginning of camp to discuss an individualized development plan for each player.

We will be accepting full week registrations first, however we will also be reserving a few weekly spots for players coming back late or leaving early for tournaments. All current academy players have until Tuesday, May 26th to register before we start accepting new players

All placements in groups will be determined by John Defilippo and Patrick Hirscht
